Welcome! My name is Alex Gawlik, and I’m the owner and designer of Electric Blue. I started my firm in 2022 with a singular goal in mind—to bring my fluid work style to design clients who need flexibility and a truly bespoke approach to their projects.

I have a multifaceted background in the design industry, including retail and distribution, residential and commercial design, and home staging. I bring my experience to my clients in any form they need to achieve their design goals.

In addition to bespoke interior design work, I am also the Head Stager for RED Collective, a Durham-native boutique real estate firm. Together, we create a colorful story in sellers’ homes to give clients the best presentation possible when going on the market.
